Siying Dong is a software engineer specializing in database engines and large-scale distributed systems. He is currently at Databricks, focusing on Spark Structured Streaming. Previously, during his tenure at Meta, Siying worked on Hive, HDFS, and ETL systems before leading the development of RocksDB, the widely adopted high-performance key-value storage engine.
