Stephen Moss is Vice President of Business Incubation and Commercialization at Databricks. He leads the team responsible for bringing new products and capabilities to market and contributes to the company's broader product strategy. Stephen works closely with leaders across the company on the launch and growth of major new product lines and initiatives spanning data, analytics, AI, and apps.

Before Databricks, Stephen was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he advised technology companies on commercialization and go-to-market strategy. Earlier in his career, he held a senior commercial leadership role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He has a PhD in atomic physics from MIT.
