Theo Talvac is a Senior Manager of Ground Software at Blue Origin, where he leads an engineering team building the satellite ground system for the Blue Ring program. He serves as single-threaded leader for a multi-agent AI platform for autonomous satellite operations and is architecting Blue Ring's Mission Planning System to support the platform's various missions across the commercial, civil, and government space. . Previously, Theo held principal engineering and product management roles at York Space Systems, AST SpaceMobile, and Kratos, spanning Command & Control, Flight Dynamics, and Mission Planning across various programs in GEO and LEO orbit regimes. He holds a B.S. & M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland.
