Yevheniy Eydelman is a seasoned software architect and engineer with a 20+year track record in the automotive industry. Possessing deep expertise in both vehicle embedded software and cloud systems, he has held various leadership roles within the Volkswagen Group since 2000. His focus on data management and analysis, coupled with experience in international startups and innovation management, has been instrumental in his career. Most recently, he architected and built a connected vehicle security monitoring and intrusion detection system, which is protecting over a million cars globally, and processes petabytes of data daily. Joining CARIAD SE in 2019, Yevheniy currently leads the Databricks Center of Excellence and the Vehicle Data Analytics & AI competence field within the CARIAD Unified Data Ecosystem program.
