Yu Chen is a Manager of GTM App Engineering at Databricks, where she leads data product and solutions efforts powering go-to-market strategy. Previously, she spent nearly four years at Snowflake as a Staff Data Scientist, where she built LLM-powered chatbots to simplify data access and automate sales workflows. Before that, she was a Data Scientist at BP, applying machine learning, NLP, and deep learning across energy production and safety-critical applications. Yu holds an M.S. in Applied Analytics from Columbia University and a B.E. in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from Sun Yat-sen University.
