Ketan built his career doing the hard part of data transformation, fixing what’s messy, making it work, and making sure it keeps working.
Across Lloyds Banking Group, TSB, Virgin Money, and now Etihad Airways, he has led large-scale transformations, turning fragmented legacy systems into modern, self-service platforms that deliver real business value.
He is currently building the Finance Analytics function at Etihad from scratch, focused on AI enabled decision making. Ketan is also cofounder of BreachAware®, operating in 140+ countries, and BITs Software LLC, building data-driven solutions that solve real world problems.
Ketan is known for cutting through noise, no buzzwords, no over engineering, just clear thinking + strong execution.
