Maximilian is a Senior Data Quality Scientist at Coca-Cola HBC in Zurich, where he works within the Data Insights & AI team of Coca-Cola HBC. He drives the development of agentic AI solutions using Databricks technology like Kasal with Databricks Apps. His work on LLM-powered data enrichment using Perplexity, Gemini, and OpenAI has cut manual labor by over 50% and enabled new business cases across multiple domains. Previously, Max developed a conditional latent diffusion model for medical CT synthesis and conducted computer vision research at EPFL in Lausanne (Switzerland) and bioinformatics research at NUS Singapore. He holds an MSc in Bioinformatics from Heidelberg University and co-authored various papers.
