Bobby is a currently a member of the Big Data Compute team at Netflix focusing on Spark and Iceberg. Before joining Netflix, he graduated from Princeton University in 2021 and worked as a backend engineer developing cloud products to support analytics workloads for MongoDB. He is based in New York City, and thrilled to be learning from all of the challenges in building a scalable data platform. Outside of work, he is passionate about fitness and athletics, and when not exercising, you can find him listening to a podcast or binge-watching a Netflix show.
