Virginie Marelli, Principal Generative Engineer –GSK
From a banking traineeship, Virginie discovered a passion for data science during the Jupyter notebook era. She then mastered Python and Spark (when it was still running on Hadoop). Joining a small data and AI startup as a machine learning engineer, she grew with the company and the wider adoption of AI, becoming tech lead and then head of innovation, delivering AI solutions to real-world problems, in the cloud. Now at GSK, she's working at the forefront of generative and agentic AI.
