Melanie is a Senior Software Engineer at Databricks, working to bring first class customer experiences to Databricks and others Enterprises.
Throughout her time at Databricks, she has worked deeply within the Account Lifecycle and Infrastructure space, often working cross-functionally with teams like Identity Platform, Auth and Access Management, and Billing to improve and scale our core customer experiences, such as our Sign Up and Sign In Experience, Admin Experiences, and Free Trial Experiences. She has also spent time on Growth teams at Databricks, shaping net new product experiences from 0 to 1.
