Rupal Jain

Rupal Jain is a Technology Partner Management Director at Databricks, focused on building and scaling high-impact technology partnerships across the Storage, Observability, and Geo-spatial categories.  She is a data-driven leader specializing in strategic growth, co-innovation, and go-to-market execution. Before Databricks, Rupal spent seven years at Google across Ads Strategy, Cloud Partner Strategy, and Cloud ISV Partnerships—overseeing a $100M+ portfolio in her final role. She previously advised Fortune 500 clients on IT sourcing, operational excellence, and enterprise transformation at Bain & Company. Rupal holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BS/MS in Chemistry from IIT Bombay.
