Genie Agents enables over 800 active users across 10+ spaces to query complex datasets in natural language. Around 70% of these users are non-technical business, sales, operations and marketing professionals who can now find data quickly without relying heavily on data engineers.

By pairing Genie Agents with more than 300 dashboards, NOL Universe helps over 1,000 users explore and apply data in their daily workflows. This streamlined approach reduces maintenance overhead, fosters seamless cross-team collaboration and allows NOL Universe to continuously improve customer travel experiences globally.
