Autoscaling and Scale-to-Zero
Turns the compute/storage split into a cost lever. Following the lecture-demo pattern, learners diagnose a fixed-compute bill, configure the autoscaling CU range, enable scale-to-zero with the right timeout, weigh the HA cold-start trade-off, and apply per-branch configs across production, dev, and agent-test to compute the resulting monthly bill.

The content was developed for participants with these skills/knowledge/abilities:
• Comfort with the Python SDK
• Ability to create and inspect a Lakebase project (from LB-103)
• Understanding of the compute/storage split that makes autoscaling possible (from LB-102)
