Governing Lakebase: Unity Catalog + Postgres

Governs a Lakebase Postgres database with Unity Catalog without losing the Postgres access-control model underneath it. Following the lecture-demo pattern, learners start at the source with Postgres roles and the CONNECT to USAGE to table-grant ladder, add row-level security, register the database as a read-only UC foreign catalog, compare the Unity Catalog and Postgres permission models side by side (a federated read must satisfy both), then write a federated SELECT joining Lakebase and Delta and follow it through Catalog Explorer lineage and system.access.audit.
