As the Scaled Partner Enablement Lead, you will be part of a visionary team that is architecting our partner enablement strategy. You will design, build, and execute high-impact learning programs spanning technical certifications, sales readiness, specialization, and onboarding programs to ensure our partners sell and deliver Databricks solutions with total confidence.
This role demands a master of strategic planning and operational excellence. You will manage complex global initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and translate business needs into world-class learning experiences. You’re joining a high-performance team that recently tripled our trained partner base in just 12 months, using innovative learning models to transform the Databricks ecosystem at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with the leadership, partner-facing teams, and partners themselves to identify critical needs and translate business requirements into high-impact enablement programs.
- Performance Accountability: Drive and own the results for your partner portfolio, maintaining full accountability for key metrics, including training completion and certification targets.
- Build Learning Programs: Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define best-in-class enablement programs and establish rigorous success measures.
- Roadmap Management: Lead the roadmap for training initiatives, including large-scale learning events, global workshop schedules, and the Go-to-Market strategy for partner enablement programs.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle from initial intake and resourcing to scheduling, logistics, and task management, ensuring seamless execution.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze KPIs such as Certification rates, ROI, and program impact.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate, audit, and coach cross-functional training resources to ensure the delivery of "best-in-class" learning experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience developing and running large-scale training and certification programs within a global tech ecosystem.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of the System Integrator business model and how technical partners successfully go to market.
- Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of Data AI technologies, including topics as Data Warehouse, Data Transformation, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, ideally having been certified in at least one of these technologies.
- Program Management: Proven track record of managing technical competency models and learning journeys for geographically dispersed teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Other desired Qualifications:
- Experience specifically within the Data + AI or Cloud Infrastructure space.
- Familiarity with scaling programs within the Cloud hypercallers such as Google, Microsoft, and AWS, or similar cloud partner ecosystems.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools to report on program ROI.
