Candidate Experience Coordinator (6-month contract)

Mountain View, California; San Francisco, California

As a Candidate Experience Coordinator at Databricks, you'll be the engine that powers our recruiting efforts, scheduling interviews, and moving candidates through the pipeline. As one of the first points of contact for candidates, you'll partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional interviewing experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders
  • Coordinate high volumes of virtual and in-person interviews by navigating complex scheduling scenarios across multiple stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journey
  • Handle candidate travel arrangements and expenses for in-person interviewing
  • Executing other post-interviewing tasks such as scheduling debriefs and reference checks, and generating offer letters.
  • Contribute to and identify data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience programs

  • 6+ months of Recruiting Coordination experience within the tech industry

  • An interest in technology and artificial intelligence

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
