We are reimagining GTM at Databricks and are seeking an AI Operations Specialist to drive the operational execution of AI agent deployments across EMEA. You'll manage day-to-day operations from QA through enablement and performance monitoring, working closely with the AI Ops Manager and technical teams to ensure AI agents deliver measurable business impact in the region.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational execution skills, technical aptitude, process understanding, and enthusiasm for scaling AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

The AI Ops Specialist will support the full lifecycle of AI agent implementations, focusing on operational execution:

  • Operational Support: Execute day-to-day operations for AI agents, including monitoring system health, responding to escalations, and coordinating with regional stakeholders to maintain seamless performance.
  • Documentation & Process Execution: Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and governance frameworks. Support Business Intent Doc development and ensure agent behavior aligns with established standards.
  • QA & Testing: Conduct UAT/QA, execute SOQL queries for data validation, coordinate testing cycles, and support phased rollouts. Troubleshoot technical issues with guidance from senior team members.
  • Regional Collaboration: Partner with EMEA sales, marketing, and IT teams to support seamless integration of AI tools and alignment with regional business objectives.
  • Enablement Delivery: Create and maintain enablement materials including training guides, FAQs, and playbooks. Deliver training sessions to ensure confident adoption of AI solutions across EMEA markets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor AI system performance through data analysis and custom queries. Support resolution of performance gaps through prompt refinement, workflow tuning, and data quality improvements.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Track KPIs (task accuracy, resolution speed, user satisfaction), support dashboard development (SOQL/SQL), and contribute to regular business reviews with actionable insights.

Skills required:

  • Experience: Good experience in sales, sales operations, marketing operations, or related field with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with sales tools, CRM platforms, or automation technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of sales reporting methodologies and data analysis tools. Familiarity with SOQL, SQL, or basic scripting is a plus. Ability to execute technical tasks with guidance.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong attention to detail and ability to execute processes consistently. Experience supporting projects and driving adoption of new tools or workflows.
  • Analytical Mindset: Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets and surface insights. Comfortable working with dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Communication: Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and translate business needs to technical teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability & Curiosity: Eagerness to learn new low-code or no-code platforms, adapting quickly to evolving technologies and user requirements. Interest in staying current with AI advancements that simplify deployment, configuration, and management.
