Databricks Subprocessors
Databricks engages certain subprocessors in connection with providing the Platform Services or Support Services. A subprocessor is a Databricks affiliate (“Databricks Affiliate'') or a third-party engaged by Databricks, Inc. or a Databricks Affiliate to process personal data on behalf of Databricks’ customers. Capitalized terms used herein have the same meaning as defined in the Master Cloud Services Agreement or other written agreement you have with Databricks (“Agreement”).
