Dear Existing Databricks Customers -

Databricks updated its Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to incorporate the 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). DPAs signed after September 24, 2021 will therefore include the 2021 SCCs.

For Customers with DPAs executed before September 24, 2021, Databricks offers the following options:

1. Enter into an Amendment to the DPA (Data Transfer Addendum for SCCs), available below, which replaces the existing SCCs and SCC specific terms with the 2021 SCCs and SCC specific terms. Your existing DPA will otherwise remain unaffected.

2. Enter into a new DPA, available below, which will replace your existing DPA in its entirety;

For both options, you can electronically sign the relevant documentation above. Upon completion, a copy of the executed DPA will be emailed to the address you designate during the process.
