TISAX

TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is an automotive industry–specific standard developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) and supported by the ENX Association. It provides a unified framework for assessing and exchanging information security results across the automotive supply chain. Built on the VDA Information Security Assessment (ISA) and aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, TISAX ensures consistent protection of sensitive and confidential information, prototypes and intellectual property among manufacturers, suppliers and service providers. It is often a mandatory requirement from automotive OEMs before sharing sensitive designs, specifications or system information with partners.
